Wonder-geek reserves the right to change or modify at any time the present general terms of sale. If modified, it will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force at the date of the order.
Article 2 : Products availability
Our products offered and prices are valid when you can view them on the site as long as the item is in stock.
Upon receipt of your order , we check the availability of the products ordered. If unavailable, we will within 30 days from validation either provide you a similar product at a similar price, either refund you by cheq or give you vouchers.
If one of our products is out of stock, we will ship the balance of your order.
Article 3 : Order agreement and electronic signature

Any order sign by the consumer by “ double clicking” is an irrevocable acceptance which can be can be challenged only within the general conditions of sales.
The “double clicking” associated with the authentification and non repudiation and protection of the integrity of messages is an electronic signature. this electronic signature has value between the same parties as a handwritten signature.
Any dispute concerning the sale (price, CGV, product…) will be subject to the French law in front of Avignon commercial court.

To orders outside France (proof of address and identity)will be requested. No order may be delivered without these documents.
By bank transfert
Your order is then reserved for 7 days. Beyond this period without receiving of your payment it will be cancelled.
The order will be processed upon receipt of your authorised payment and after it has gone through.
By money order or western union

5.2 - Reservation of ownership clause :
Products remain the property of Wonder-geek and until receipt of the order by Wonder-geek. However after receipt of the order by customer, the risk associated with delivery are transferred to the client.
5.3 - Non payment
Wonder-geek reserves the right to refuse delivery or to honour an order from a customer who has not settled entirely or partially a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administrated.
5.4 - Fraud control
For that has a different delivery address from the address linked to the payment method ( Paypal account holder, the issuer cheque or transfer…) , our services might be required to contact the two people mentioned ; the person making the payment and the person at the address given for delivery.

Such request are made by electronic mail, or by phone.
Article 6 : Terms of delivery and delays in.

Products are delivered to the shipping address you have provided during the ordering process.
Any claims on the delivery are to be made by mail no later than two days after it . Only the date claimed by the delivery firm will count. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package and report any defective or damage packaging and include the delivery , and to note on the delivery note the problem. If in doubt the customer is advised to refuse any delivery.
Passed this time , no claim can be made .
Without writing on the delivery note our company can’t be held responsible for the condition of the product.
6.2 - Shipping time
All announced delivery times are calculated in working days.
The times indicated are the average times and correspond to the time of process, preparation and shipping of your order (out of the warehouse).
They are dispatched at the confirmation of your order.
At this time, we must add the delivery time of the carrier (post).
Any items in stock are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
6.3 - Delivery time
The item is delivered by the postal network or an independent carrier , depending on the product order andthe exclusive initiative of Wonder-geek, to the marked address on the order form. Delivery times are from leaving the warehouse.
The choice of delivery method depends on the weight, size and value of items.

The tracking number of your parcel will be sent after departure of your order. Then you can follow at any time their progress on the site , post (http://www.coliposte.net/).
If the products need to be returned to us , they must be a return request to our customer service (cf article 9) within 7 days from being delivered for a refund.
Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted for a refund or if you have not received the right item, the return of the product cannot be accepted unless the product is in its original packing (condition, accessories, instructions).
Article 7 : Responsibilities
Wonder-geek cannot be held liable for breach of contract, due to the forces outside their control and in particular in case of total or partial strike of postal services, carriers and disasters caused by floods or fires. Regarding the product purchased to meet the business needs, Wonder-geek will not incur any liability for all damages because of these presents, business interruption, loss of profit damage or expense that might arise.
The selection and purchase of a product or service shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial inability to use such products due to the incompability of equipment can not give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning the responsibility of Wonder-geek, except in the case of a latent defect of non conformity, defect or right of retraction seen in the section 8.
In case of hidden defects, you can either cancel the order or keep the product at a reduced price.
In case of non delivery of an order or part of an order, you have 5 days maximum (commencing from the date of leaving our warehouses) to complain. Beyond this period, we will not accept a claim.
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, ripped, open then you must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged you must refuse the package and note on the delivery slip (package refused because opened or damaged).
** In addition to these guarantees, Wonder-geek provides no other warranties.**
Article 8 : Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article l.121-20 and following of the consumer code ofthe consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any items which are not satisfactory, suitable and ask for an exchange or refund without penalty, except the initial cost of return and shipping cost.
Before returning your product, you need to contact us by Email or by telephone (see paragraph 9, the return procedure). The product must be returned by collissimo using a signed delivery, in perfect condition in its original packaging undamaged. All the accessories must be with it.
Otherwise you lose your rights of withdrawal, and the product will be return at your expense.
8.1 - Return fees for withdrawal
The cost of return in case of withdrawal shall be at the charge of the client. To track your package please make your return by collissimo and to let us know the order number.
8.2 - Repayment
To process your request, please clearly state the order number and your full contact details.
Article 9 : Right of return
9.1 - Return procedure
In the case of defect in your product , a prior request of your customer service must be made. No parcel will be accepted if it’s not in its original packaging and will not be accepted without our prior permission.
You have a period of 2 days in the case of a defective product from the day you have received the package to let our customer services know (only by phone 04.90.05.60.04) of your wish to return the product in its original packaging and in good condition. A return slip will then be provided.
No refund or return will be made until we have provided our own client with a return delivery slip.
As soon as we agree , you have 7 days to return the product . After this deadline, your return will be refused.
Article 10 : Protection of personal data
All personal details that you have given us to process your order will be liable under the law n’78-17 of the 6 of January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, you have the rights to ask Wonder-geek to review, correct or modify and delete files that you have provided. This information will not be passed on to any other companies.
